- She shut the door of her own accord. 「彼女はみずから戸を閉めた」
- The door shut of its own accord. 「戸はひとりでに閉まった」
of one's own accord は、人に関して使われた場合は「みずからの意志で」、ものに関して使われた場合は「ひとりでに」の意味となる。
