基本表現と解説
- I had only one idea in my head. 「一つのことしか考えなかった」
- The idea never came into my head. 「その考えは浮かばなかった」
- I took the idea into my head. 「それを思いついた」
- I put the idea into his head. 「そのことを彼に注意した / そのことを彼の頭に吹き込んだ」
- I could never get the idea out of my head. 「それを忘れることはできなかった」
頭に浮かんだり、頭から消える対象は idea だけではなく、fancy とか thought とか possibility などの場合もある。
