解説
Cannot believe one's own senses, eyes, ears（五官、眼、耳を信ずる能はず）は事の意外にして卒かに信じ難く、或は五官の迷妄に非ずやとまで疑はるゝ場合に用ふるものにして I は II の the evidence of（の證する所）を略したるものなり。
